Elitebook 840 G5
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello,
I have an Elitebook 840 G5, I needed to get under the motherboard, and during the repair I disconnected the BIOS battery for about 30-60 minutes, after rebooting and reassembling, the notebook just runs on the logo and turns off. It is not possible to get to the BIOS, it will not run, nothing will beep, it will not respond to any key, just after one attempt I got a white screen with the message "wrong time and date", then turned off again. He only beeped when I took out RAM. I tried to remove the BIOS battery again, start it with or without it.
I think it has blocked the BIOS because of the work on the motherboard, is it possible? or will the error be somewhere else? Thank you for the advice.
