Product: EliteBook Folio 9470m

I have HP EliteBook Folio 9470m / [Personal Information Removed],  my bios is asking for password.

#1 Can you send bios password reset  steps or password?

#2. Also I am replacing my hdd and need windows7 oem version, can you share download link to boot from usb?
