Notice that even on the blue screen, there seems to be a kind of scratch on the screen.
I have an HP Specter purchased in July last year, delivered only in October. As soon as it arrived, I upgraded to Windows 11. However, since then I have been experiencing Blue Screen issues with the following errors:
KERNEL_SECUTITY_CHECK_FAILURE
DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
The errors appear after some time of using the notebook, in the middle of the work. Windows restarts and runs a few days before the same error.
Also, when trying to view the drivers on the website:
Windows 11 option does not appear.
What should I do? Activate the warranty?
