Hi,
The boot order key is F9. However in Windows 10 to boot from USB you will first need to enter Bios and disable "secure boot" and depending on what you are trying to boot enable "legacy boot".
To enter Bios press ESC at startup.
There are few ways to enter safe mode.
- While pressing and holding the shift key go to start and restart the computer. This will take you to a screen where you have options , choose troubleshoot > advanced options > startup settings.
-another way is to press Winkey+R and type msconfig. Now go to the Tab Boot and mark safe boot. Once in safe mode to get back to normal Windows you will need to go to msconfig and uncheck safe boot
Hope it helps,
David
