BSOD critical process died , 90D heat error and shutdown after HP logo at the same time.

After installation of cumulative updates for Windows (kb4517369), I started to get 90D temperature error at start half of the time and laptop shutdowns itself after HP logo half of the time and if laptop dont shut downs itself it gives BSOD criticall process died error and it shutdowns again. I can open the laptop by pressing esc and click on the HP diagnostics then exit the HP diagnostics at startup.after these processes Windows opens without error but now it does not detect Nvidia gpu in device manager. I tried almost everything so give me good answers not copy paste.
