Fairly new laptop, still 3 months in warranty and the motherboard needs to be replaced. Sent in to HP and they told me it will take about a week and a half, now they are telling me it has been pushed back a whole month. This is unacceptable, they need to either replace the laptop and sell the one they have as refurbished or repair the laptop in the original timeframe. It is not my fault they don't keep necessary parts in stock.
