Product: Hp laptop 15s dr1000TX
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

It's been 7 months since I am using this laptop... 

I live in India.. In hilly terrain.. So tempt is almost 9 to 10°c in winters... I am facing this problem for quite a while now. (15 days or so) That even though I charge this laptop for 90% it's goes for 75% fine then suddenly drops to 3% and locks away....whats the problem? What shall I do now.? Is there any my fault that I shall take care of in future? Software update is up to date. And I use cellular data..

I understand it is cold outside in the winter where you are -- but are you saying these are the temperatures in which the laptop is being used?

 

Asking because severe cold will cause the battery to lose charge -- which sounds like what you have happening.
