Beep codes and flashing lights

Upon turning on my laptop, I have a black screen, hear 5 sets of 3 beeps, caps lock flashes white in a sequence of 3 slow flashes, followed by two fast flashes and repeats the flashing over and over. Also wireless amber light stays on! Please help!! I tried resetting with no luck
