Product: Elitebook 8570w

Hi all. 
i need to flash the bios on an elitebook 8570w

hp no longer provides the files i need to make a usb. The hard drive is wiped and i cant get to bios using the keyboard. 
is there anywhere or anybody who has these files? Hp rather unethically refused to provide them.

I believe this is the latest BIOS provided by HP
