OMEN by HP 15t-dh000 CTO

Hello i have a HP omen 15t 2019 laptop  15t-dh000 CTO and the product number is 5VX99AV it has a core i9-9880h, 32GB of RAM a Nvidia RTX 2080 Max-q i simply updated the bios thru windows and after the bios update completed successfully I'm prompted to enter administrator/power up password that i never entered i bought it in 2019 and bought the 4 year warranty what can I do? I really need my laptop working I'm the original and only owner by the way never had any problems with it until now and I've never dropped it, exposed it to moisture or anything it has been on a laptop stand in a very clean home
