Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Employee entered a bios password and now we can't get into the bios of this laptop.  Employee "can't" remember password and is no longer with us.

Anyway to be able to overcome this headache on this Elitebook 830 G6????

 

Please help....

Very interesting, you allow employees to control company's machines.  We lock all machines and employees can't even copy files to USB drives.

 

Anyway,  we are not allowed to post BIOS password on this forum. You should have a code after few tries and please contact HP in your country with the code and they will help you.

I laso suggest to IT people to set at least a BIOS password, for security reason and for this type of situation.

Now you have to pay for a motherboard change. it's a pity.
