HP Elitebook 2570p
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased a laptop from the company that I worked for when it was being refreshed with a new unit.  I recently saw that there was a bios update needed on the laptop and when I tried to update it, I discovered that the bios had a password.  I contacted the company's IT group, but they didn't keep records on units that had been sold to employees.  It is an HP EliteBook 2570p, Product # D8E79UT#ABA.  Is there any way to get the password unlocked without know the original password?

HP issued this document recently...
