If the code is prefixed with a 'I' enter 21673579
If the code is prefixed with a 'i' enter 03588936

Before receiving your reply, i attempted to clear the password by doing a bios recovery. That didn't work but it changed my lock code to :
59328898
Would you provide an unlock for this code? I didn't think a bios recovery would change the lock code.

Is your new code prefixed with a 'I' or a 'i' ?
