Bios update - Blank screen, keyboard and mouse don’t work

HP Recommended
HP 24-k0003na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just got a new aio HP desktop and it did a BIOS update, since then I have had a blank screen. The PC still powers up but the screen is black and the mouse an keyboard don’t seem to work so I can’t access the BIOS or boot into safe mode. I have tried to use a wired keyboard as well but that doesn’t seem to work either

In this case, your computer should still be under warranty, and you can find after-sales service to help you solve the problem.
