Pavillion cc106nt
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello everyone,

I have HP pavillion cc106nt notebook. And i bought Sandisk 256gb M.2 NVMe ssd. I put the ssd in its slot and i formatted the PC.  But BIOS cant see ssd. I can see ssd legacy mod but i cant see UEFI either. How can i fix this problem?

To boot from NVMe SSD, two things have to be true:

1) Has to be formatted GPT; MBR formatting will not work

2) UEFI has to see the SSD and list it in the boot devices menu

You said the SSD formatting using GPT did not work -- and if that is the case, the UEFI/BIOS will not see it or boot from it.
