black screen after HP Notebook System BIOS Update (Intel Processor

followed. the instruction of the recovery flash drive but my laptop didn't find the USB to load the file. 

please help

Click here to see how to recover your BIOS. Do 1, 2, and the first part of 3 which has a video..
For the second part of 3 you will need a USB flash drive and possibly an
older BIOS if the recent BIOS caused the problem

 

See if the above works first.
