Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have been having a few issues recently which required a hard reset (pull AC adapter & battery, hold down power button for 10 seconds, press again, then put back in either battery or AC adapter) to boot, however, today those do not seem to be working for me in getting the laptop to boot. The power button light, caps lock light and one of the charging lights are showing a constant white light and one of the charging lights are blinking orange. I tried booting without the battery, booting with just the battery, reseating the memory, swapping the memory around, removing the memory, testing individual memory modules and so far nothing but a black screen.

Holding down the power button while there is power, either from the ac adapter, battery or both does nothing to the LEDs and they don't turn off.
