Black Screen, can access all apps, no start, no taskbar

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have to use task manager, to get into apps, everything is working but when i log in it takes longer and it’s just black and i don’t know what to do, explorer.exe and everything is there, it happened after the latest update, the update took less than a minute and now this has happened, as well as this i had ended runtime broker (something like that) just before the update, can access anything though cause i have task manager, just need to know some solutions pleas??!
