Hello, I cannot get my laptop to turn on. I have put the model number above. I have tried hard resetting it as well as BIOS resetting it and neither are working. The power light on the side indicates it is on and I can hear the startup chime play but my screen remains black. Is there anything else I can try before taking it in to be looked at by a professional? Thanks in advance

Update: I have connected it to an external source via HDMI and the screen shows on the tv. I don’t know what to do from there. I tried searching for updates but it says I am up to date. Any ideas from there?

I see that there is an issue with the laptop hardware and may need repair.
