Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My notebook seems black or blank screen with blinking cursor after entering windows password.I will do the steps given in the hp site  like press Ctrl, shift,ESC, opened task manager window 

Press process tab looking for the run once wrapper is not available in the list of task manager then what I will do for the windows run normally.

Is the ctrl+alt+del function working, if not, try this: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c01997899

If it works, click on "file" > run new task from the task manager > and type - "explorer.exe"

 

Let us know if it makes any changes.
