Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello community, I'm break 😕 Firstly sorry for my English it's not good enough but I'm really desperate.

I decided to help my aunti to change the disk in her notebook, after that I installed windows 10 (64 bits) and downloaded the hp support assistance. The bios update was one of recomended so I decided to it and finally I totally regret that.

After update the device started but display was still black I was trying several things several times.

My main source of instructions was: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02693833 but it didn't help.

I've read several similar topic here, but I didn't find solution. I've tried combinations win+b and win+v on:
1. old hard disk (hdd)

2. new hard disk (ssd)
3. usb with different versions of bios (since oldest one to newest)

I've tried to put off bios battery for 30seconds and press other buttons like f10, f9 but nothing change.

I'm totally helpless.

I promised her to give back the notebook in 2days.

I hope you have any ideas how to bring it to live again 😕
