Hi everyone,
after installing the latest BIOS version that I found on the HP site, the laptop displays a black screen and does not boot.
It doesn't even show the HP logo.
I tried all the proposed solutions, Win+V, Win+B, Fn+B, Fn+V, I held down the power button for 25 seconds, the fans and LEDs turn on, but nothing appears on the screen.
The laptop isn't mine, I was helping a friend and now it doesn't work anymore.
Can you help me please?
