Product: HP Pavilion - 15-cs3965nd

Suddenly the laptop is broken. Each time when turning on the laptop. The screen stays black. We see some lights of the screen like the screen is on but all is and stays black. This is very disappointing for a laptop which is almost just 3 years.. 

 

this broken laptop gives me headaches because I need to deliver some thing for my work.
