Black screen and 0xc0000225 error received

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

Today I got this black screen. 

My notebook comes with a build in Windows 10, and I tried to access it somehow, but no success at all. Tried to reset bios settings to default, still no change. Any advice how can I repair this? Don't have any other flash drive or disc with other copy.
