Product: Example: HP Chromebook 14-SMB

I just recently got this HP Chromebook 14-SMB on Christmas. Last night I was watching YouTube and my screen when completely black and the sound went out. I tried to restart it by pressing the restart button and the refresh button at the same time. I tried plugging it in the the charger and the light wouldn’t come on. I tried restarting it again and it still won’t come on. The speakers are making a a clicking noise like someone is pushing on a key on and on again. The laptop also doesn’t light up when it’s plug into the charger. Can someone please help me I go back to school in a week.

Which OS is installed on the computer?

Check with an alternate wall outlet and remove any UPS or power surge.
