Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello I have a problem in my laptop, one day I entered the BIOS by pressing F10 key and I enabled a option called "internal network adapter boot " then when I pressed the F10 key to save the changes and leave, now every time I turn on my laptop, in 3 or 4 seconds it randomly turns off and on again like I can't even see the hp loading screen 😭
