Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After installing the latest 2019 update, whenever I boot my system, black screen containing the system info such as product name, product number, serial number, etc appears. It asks me to press the Escape button. After pressing the Escape button I'm redirected to the actual booting process and finally the laptop boots up.

Please guide me through this issue.

I'll need a screenshot or picture of the screen you are on, so I know exactly what you need!

That said, if the above is not an option, please tell us what happens if you do not press the escape button?
