Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This problem might be a general thing but I don’t know why it’s not working for me now. It worked one time when I got the computer but now it’s not working. Initially, the caps lock wasn’t beeping I and I think it was because I didn’t connect f the keyboard to the motherboard well. Anyways it started blinking and I thought I could use the same old format to bring it back to life but up till now, it’s not working. Talk of removing battery, cleaning rams, mention them. I’m tired. Anyone got anything I can try 😫🙏

I forgot to mention that the old way o used to restore it was flashing the bios but now after I downloaded the bios for the hp support website, it didn’t work this time

Thank you so much for the follow up video. It still didn’t work but I’ve noticed something.
when I flash the bios on another drive, I get about 3 folders. Hewlett-Packard, EFI and some other one but in your video after flashing, it was just one folder. I don’t know if that’s the cause because this should work. I’ve seen and commented on your video several times because it has happened before, I used this same video to fix it. I’m gonna try to delete the two folders and try again

or maybe, put all in one folder. Might work, who knows? 😫
