Product: HP ZBook 14u G6
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a brand new ZBook 14u G6 running on Windows 10 Pro version 1903. When I want to put it to sleep or shut down, I sometimes get the issue that the notebook keeps running (power and keyboard lights still on, ventilation running) with only the screen turning black. The only way to get out of this state is turning the laptop off using the power button since pushing any keyboard buttons has no effect. Does anyone know how to solve this? Thanks in advance.
