Product: HP ENVY 13-ay1000 x360 Convertible PC (3T487AV)

when I turn the laptop on, the light appears like normal but the screen remains black. I click esc and it comes up with “setup pause click esc” and then it comes Jo with the startup menu. I tested the laptop and everybtung comes back fine. If I click “enter- continue set up” it goes black again. I’m not sure what else to do
