HP Pavilion x2 Detachable
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
Hi. I just bought a HP Pavilion x2 Detachable and already have problems with it. I turned on this morning,it turned on ok. I done all the set up required, got a couple of apps, then left it. 1 hour later when I wanted to watch a film,i couldn't turn it on. It would not turn on. The mouse cursor is there, and if I press and hold for a few seconds the power button,a message saying "Slide to shut down your PC" appears and no matter what I do it won't turn on. I have tried all the "F" buttons,"F11" "F8" "F4 ....all of them basically, but nothing. It's really frustrating, this is my sons gift from Santa, and he can't even enjoy it. 😞 please help me.. Should I take it back or what's the best thing to do??
Thanks

I'm not to sure but that's how you would usually change or log out of a account on other computers so perhaps it locks the device after a set amount of time I'm not sure though. Regards
