Product: Pavilion
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My wife's laptop went to a black screen.  I ran a hard  quick drive test and it failed with ID PLX21V-9HLA0F-MFPW2K-60SD03 and product ID- 4NL51UA#ABA, HARD DRIVE 1, current version. 1.24.0.0 BIOS. Any help would km d be appreciated

Hi

It is   --  Hard Disk 1 Quick Test Failure

 

Which means a replacement Hard Drive and re-install.
