HP ENVY m6-w100 x360 Convertible PC

Need help quickly, trying to help fix my Wife's computer it is a HP ENVY m6-w100 x360 Convertible PC. She has had a problem that has happened twice now that will not fix. Randomly her computer will not start up and just goes to a blank screen. The power does work and the code blinks on the caps lock. 2.2 (two long and two short)

 

This is a problem with the bios and I cannot seem to fix it. I have tried restoring the bios by shutting off power and removing AC power. Then plugging AC power holding Windows+B and turning on for 3 secs then waiting for bios update to pop up.  it does but is just frozen on "Initializing". I then went to download the update bios tool (HP Notebook System BIOS Update (Intel Processors)) onto a flash drive and repeating the restore bios with the flash drive in and end up with the same result. 

 

Please Help!

If the Notebook is booting up then I suggest you try downloading the Bios directly from this Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-envy-m6-w100-x360-convertible-pc/84992...

 

Else I would request you to contact our phone support for service options

 

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
