Blink 3 times

When i plug the chrager it blinks 3 times white and fast even without the battery ive tried many things but nothing works it only  blinks whej i press the power button if i do nothing it does nothing and idk whats wrong with it the info i can see are : hp hewlett packard  pavilion  beats audio  and it has the sticker intel inside  core i3 and it should have 8gb ram but i dont knwo the gpu or model number or any other info about it just that hope to se a respond ty for youre time
