My ProBook 440 notebook "went crazy" when first booting and continued with re-booting, Wolf security "confusion" and HW failure/non-response. Why is lthere no recognition of these problems?
On my new ProBook 440, Wolf security kept overriding ANY activities after boot-up and demanded connection to servers although laptop was fully connected to Internet. WHy? Aren't the servers available 24-7? Wolf would not let me proceed to do anything and forced reboots.
The HW Mouse was not recognizedat first and then was but was unresponsive and even trackpad was intermittent. 100% CPU usage seemed to be present and I could lnot get the laptoop to function and I had to COLD START the box several times.
HP Customer Service agreed that the problem(s) were real and recognized suggested that I return to authorized dealer.
I did so. I received NO REPLY to my requests for HP service and support and no recognition from the authorized dealer.
I own three (3) HP computers and I do not believe I will purchase again.
