Blue Screen Loop on Boot

Please help guys. Absolutely disgusted with HP support can’t event get someone to talk to. Will never buy HP again!


Laptop restarted and updated to Windows 10 1903. After that it killed my laptop. It’s stuck in a blue screen loop. No option in troubleshoot works:


Cant restore to earlier version

Cant restore

Can’t reset ( no option present)

Cant use startup repair!


please help I’m so upset.

Blue Screen Loop on Boot

Is there any error on the blue screen? If yes, could you attach a screenshot of the same? That'll help us understand exactly what you need!

That said, I suggest you attempt performing a BIOS recovery using the steps mentioned here, followed by booting into safe mode to check if that works: click here for steps
