Bought my Pavillion from MS store March 2019 . Crashed 2 months ago ater windows 10 update .
i brought it to the MS store and they wiped it and I reinstalled every thing and it was fine.
it crashed again 2 days ago after I did a bios update from HP website.
I have tried the BIOS usb stick from HP -sp96583 with no results
I have tried to repair with Win 10 recovery usb aslo not working .
I have tried every thing , system ,restore ,secure boot off
Is ther any other usb media that could fix this problem , I would really like to not have to reinstall evertthing again.

The only suggestion I can offer would be to try the HP cloud recovery client utility to reinstall the operating system, drivers and software that came with your notebook...

Thank you very much for your reply Paul , since I would have to wipe the drive with the HP tool you suggested I will just return it to the MS store . I did not want to have to start from scratch again also my laptop is not listed in the tools list of supported devices
