Mavi ekren 0cx000021a hatası alıyorum ve çözüm yolları dendim başarısız oldu. Daha öncesinde bilgisayarımı yetkili servise ve vermiştim ve "hp" isimli bir kullanıcı oluşturulmuş ama bunun şifresini bilmiyorum. Bu yüzden çözüm yollarını denerken kullanıcı girişi istiyor ve ben şifreyi bilmedigim için yapamıyorum, lütfen yardım edin
