Your notebook probably has a defective memory chip that needs to be replaced.

 

Run the Windows memory diagnostic test and if the memory chip is defective, it will report that problem in yellow text within 15 seconds or so of running the test and report something to the effect that there is a problem with the memory, contact the PC manufacturer.
