Now, maybe this is stoopid, but I tried a lot of methods to fix this, but none of them worked. I have a

HP Pavilion 11-n010dx x360 PC and it does not have a removable battery. Could anybody help me?

@Eliaswater

Thanks for reaching out to us on HP Forums.

I came across your post and would like to assist.

I understand that you have an HP Pavilion 11-n010dx x360 laptop and it displays an error. as boot device not found. Secondly, it shows that the SMART check and Short DST is not installed. You have been fabulous to work with considering your superb technical skills and valuable patience. Kudos to you for that.

The evidence points towards a hardware issue with the laptop (preferably the hard drive). It would be a good idea to contact our HP phone support team to check the available service options as per the warranty status.

1) Click on this link - https://hp.care/2moMFSc

2) Click on "Continue as guest".

3) Enter the serial of your device. You can refer to this Link: hp.care/2bygf7l for help in locating your Serial Number.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Click on "Show Options".

6) Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.

Hope this information helps. Feel free to keep me posted for any further questions.

Cheers! 🙂

Okay, I just tried to make sure it wasn't a hardware thing, but it wasn't for a while. Sometimes I pressed F10 and exited and saved and it would work, but would show me the blue screen of death, so I'm either going to get it fixed or buy a new one. Thanks for the help! 🙂
