Product: HP Stream - 11-y020wm

Upon start up my device says  “boot device not found. Please install an operating system on your hard drive. Hard disk (3FO). When i go to boot options all the boot options don’t work. And if i change the defaults it’ll say install hard drive and press any key. I just need help, and YouTube is not working
