Hi:

 

IN order to boot from a USB port, you need to have the bootable USB device in the USB port.

 

Turn or or restart the PC.

 

Immediately press/tap the ESC key to get the menu of options.

 

Select the F9 boot options menu and from that, select the USB device you want to boot from and press the Enter key.
