Hi

I have this message.

I have tried all the tips so far - F2 and diagnostics; power-off and try to update BIOS.

My UEFI does not have an option to update the BIOS and I have tried installing BIOS update via USB, and re-ordered the boot check to make sure it tries the USB, with no luck.

Any suggestions via the community in past answers have not helped.

I have not tried to install a new version of windows as one person suggested - don't know how.

Tried links in that answer to install windows via a cloud, but all links were invalid.

Some very important things on this computer and do not want to lose any of it
