Boot Device Not Found means that your laptop can't find a bootable drive: Either your drive has failed, there is an issue with your Windows installation, or failed communication between the drive controller and the drive.

You can boot into BIOS (f10) and see if your laptop is "seeing the drive", also by hitting the f2 key when you start your laptop you can go into the UEFI and see if you can run the drive diagnostic to see if there is a problem with the drive itself.

Apparently, you ran the UEFI diagnostics, yes?  Did it pass or fail? The diagnostics do not "fix" anything, just tell you if there's a hardware problem or not.

If the drive passed the diagnostic test, then (hopefully you made one) boot up from your USB Recovery drive and select one of the repair options (such as complete Windows re-install or reinstall but retain personal files etc.)

If the hard drive/SSD did not pass the UEFI diagnostics, then you will need to replace your hard drive/SSD drive.
