Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

Hello...my notebook computer seems to be having some booting issues. The Boot device not found keeps showing even after trying everything. The F11 recovery equally has refused to show up but bounces back to Boot device not found error. Please who can help me???

I understand that you are getting boot device not found an error.

 

In that case, I would suggest you perform the hard drive test and check.

 

1) Shutdown the computer.  

2) Turn the computer back on again and repeatedly tap on the ESC until a Startup menu appears.  

3) Press F2 once.  

4) Go to Component test.  

5) From the list, run the Hard Drive (extensive) test.
