Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

While booting my laptop for new OS i.e. windows i encounter an error of media drivers of flash drive i.e. USB. so kindly tell me how to solve it.

Why are you trying to install Windows 10 on this laptop?  Did it not already come preloaded with Windows 10?

Yes it came with preloaded windows but there are certain errors like 0xc000007b while running any application specifically games. so i want new OS which can solve my problem.
