I Just bought on ebay notebook HP EliteBook 840 G3 and for some reason it have 32-bit version of windows 10 and I was trying to reinstall operating system to 64-bit version but when I try to open bios settings to change boot options it asking for password and I cant get in touch with seller so my question is there is any option to reset this password or do I stuck with 32-bit system?

Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to help you, since HP will no longer supply the required SMC.bin file that is used to clear the BIOS password.
That was the only way it could be done.
Most HP business notebooks including the one you purchased, do not generate system disabled codes.
Also, removing the CMOS battery will not clear the P/W.
HP issued this document recently...
