Brand New laptop freezes randomly

HP Recommended
Pavilion 15 gaming laptop
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought my new HP Pavilion 15 inches Gaming laptop recently.
Soon , It started to freezes randomly.
I updated Window , and drivers to the latest version. and I have tried every solutions I found on the internet but the problem is not solved yet.

so how can i make it right?

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is freezing randomly.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

What is the product number of your computer?

 

Meanwhile, I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.
