Product: Envy 17-cgl/xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Brand new laptop received yesterday.  I had everything (emails, Chrome, themes, virus protection) up and running.  McAfee popped up and said to restart to save new settings.  Now, laptop won't reboot.  It powers up, HP symbol comes up, then I get a blank screen.  I have tried a hard reboot, BIOs reset, and start screen came up once, but no response from the laptop.  What am I missing?  Maybe two virus programs trying to start at the same time? The monitor seems to be working fine.  Am trying a BIOs update now.  Any ideas?
