Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Brand new HP envy x360 will not turn. Straight out of the box the device has never turned on. When the power cable is connected the light next to it does not turn on. I've attempted holding the power button for 15 seconds with the charger connected and disconnected with no luck.

 

Serial number is [Personal Information Removed]. I would have added it to my products but apparently this is not a valid id.
